We were just tipped about a cool looking game called Grungy Ball for Android. It’s a very simple game – just like the name of the developer implies – but looks fun and looks great doing what it does.
You have elevated panels on which to roll a grungy-looking ball, trying to make your way to the finish line without falling off of the track. The g-sensor is used to control the movement just like in any labyrinth game you’ve ever played.
The sensitivity seems a bit wonky at times and the ball is given a running start at the start of each level, something we wish wasn’t the case. There’s also very little incentive to play through it more than a few times.
Still, its visuals impress us and it’s a fun, quick experience if you don’t have time to get down and dirty on a more involved game. Find the demo version in the Android market here and get the full game for $1 if you enjoy it.
I agree with the sensitivity being off sometimes for sure.
It’s a lot like Marble Madness! My favorite game on NES growing up!
WORST MOVIE EVER! Ha ha I’ve never seen that movie but I will one day for a laugh.
@readers:disqus my roomate’s mom made $184486 so far just working on the laptop for a few hours. Read more on this web site http://y.ahoo.it/OjyKK
They need to come out with super monkey ball for android. If done well, would be one of the best games
It’s suck! No option setting, no re-cailbration, just 2 choose to press “play” and “exit” it’s is worse i ever see… but graphic look nicely.. the ball keep fall off easy! Cant control it!!!
the green tile at the beginning reminds me of Portal.
3D rendering looks ok. Design is horrible otherwise. Devs need to pay UI / graphic designers.
looks like a well seasoned foosball
