The female-centric HTC Bliss for Verizon has made a stop at the FCC following a few leaks. It’s come with Verizon’s CDMA radios inside alongside radios for use around the world. We still don’t know a whole lot about the phone, but we can at least expect this thing right before Q4 rolls around as it has been rumored to launch September 29th. If you don’t remember, the HTC Bliss is supposed to be a stylish phone meant for women. While we aren’t huge fans of gender separation when it comes to technology, Verizon might have a good idea on their hands to attract another demographic to Android. [FCC via Engadget]
A pure copy of a nexus one
No track ball and it is smaller. So no is is not a pure copy of a nexus one. Given HTC made the nexus one
A phone for females…
I guess that means it has a good look but it bad specs, as the look is the only thing they care about.
Yes, sexist comment, but still, the truth!
the truth with some females…. the ones that don’t know anything about smartphone technology and get one so they can update Facebook with O.M.G’s! all the time lol. sadly their money is still money… because i’d love to flame in outrage about this phone but it is a good move on HTC’s part. up until lately people thought that Android is for people who actually use their brains and can handle more than one button ^^ did anyone hear about how Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was created? lol
I’m a girl and I’m an Android nerd. <3 my EVO 3D. :)
It would be cool if they had them in metallic pink, lilac and light blue. I don’t know what’s so girly about that greenish color.
