If you are excited about Sprint’s upcoming budget WiMAX phone, the Samsung Conquer 4G, things just got a bit cheaper. A little less than two week away from release, Walmart is offering the handset for pre-order and throwing in a deal to boot. For the low low price of free on a new two-year contract you will reserve your own piece of 1GHz, 3.5-inch display, 3.2MP camera (with 1.3MP front-facing camera) goodness. Sure, Sprint may have more exciting things coming to their lineup in the near future, but for the price the Conquer 4G makes a rather appealing option, wouldn’t you say?

Cue the OverZealous Android Fanboys with a response like
“I wouldn’t even take this phone for free or if Sprint paid me money
to get it off their hands.”
LOL
Don’t think of it like that, think of it more like… more for you. Go ahead, feel free to pick up as many as you’d like. No one here is going to stop you.
Carmen, I have not seen my online wife for a few months but I knew I would run into you again one day.
Wasn’t the conquer supposed to be a gs2 variant?
It’s a very nice deal for people looking for a mid range/intro smartphone for a nice low price :)
