I love me a good infograph. No, really. They’re probably one of my favorite things found on the net (besides scouring for kitty pics). Well, about a week ago, I came across this neat little infograph from the Lookout Blog and I’ve been meaning to post it. No, it’s not a bunch of statistics on Android malware but something most of us have encountered at least once in our mobile life, losing or getting your phone stolen. Who would have ever thunk that losing your phone in a bar/restaurant would yield a high chance of recovery? Pretty neat stuff (click image twice for full size image). Enjoy.

Its easier to look on Lookout’s Blog considering clicking on the picture just makes it smaller than it already is.

You have to click twice for the full image. Sorry. Lol >.<
Three times actually. the image will be zoomed out by default on most browsers :p
HAHA! Forgot about that last click xD
My G1 somehow slid its way out of my pocket once… In a bus. Thankfully, that bus was for the road and transport authority staff only (we were on a field trip from college), and some guy who works there figured out which contact to call on my phone to reach me.
Tampa stand up!
i guess i’m screwed since i live in miami.
hey when your drunk on south beach… stuff happens
I usually leave mine in the bathroom.
“kitty pics”
Good euphemism, Chris.
What — I don’t get it? o_O
You did mean porno, right?
………
when the Htc hero was hot, and The avatar movie was hot, i lost my phone. my hero was my baby and i was really ready to cry man, that shit cost 600 to replace and i had no insurance. my gf was pissed cuz i cared more about that. i searched the whole place before the movie started and couldnt find it. i sat back down next to my girl and had the sad face. i look the left of me and see some orange light, i thought it was the lights on the floor from the theater for ppl to see the aisle. it was my fucking phone…thank goodness smh. my phone never leaves my hands when im out now
Neat stats, thanks Chris!
Facebook groups/statuses asking for contact numbers due to lost/new phones really annoys me. Why is Android the only OS that back this stuff up by default? Shouldn’t this be the one thing that all Smartphones do?
Where by “info” you mean “made-up statistics”
Plan B
Plan B is the ‘find my phone’ app that you download AFTER you lose your phone.
Plan B is your last resort to find your missing phone.
This is the first and only ‘find my phone’ app that you download AFTER you’ve already lost your phone. Having Lookout on your phone is the best way to protect your phone and find it fast, but use Plan B if you have already lost your phone and didn’t have Lookout installed.

Kitty pics…..that’s what the kids are calling it these days? LOL
I always doubt infographics put out by companies with something to gain by you believing them.
