Best Buy’s pre-order for the HTC Flyer has been live since April 24th but only recently became available for those ordering online. While a definitive release date has yet to be announced, the addition of online pre-sales has revealed the shipping timeframe for the tablet. The Flyer is said to have an estimated arrival date of 5/22 to 5/27, putting HTC’s first Android slate right at the tail end of the month.
If you didn’t make the trek down to your local Best Buy but want to reserve your very own Flyer, you can hit up Best Buy’s ordering page now. The Wi-Fi version of the tablet is selling for $499.

BB shipping dates is not accurate for preorders. I ordered/pre-ordered a Nexus S 4G which isn’t suppose to be released until 5/08. However I got an approximately arrival date of 5/02 or 5/03. It’s 5/02 today and no Nexus S 4G. I’m betting it ships as it gets closer to the actual release date.
These look nice though i wanna get one in my hands before i pull the trigger and order one
Aw crap. I was hoping for a much earlier release. May is going to be a really long month for me.
Wow – only a 7 inch screen and Gingerbread – for the price of an IPad2? DOA.
Can’t wait for this yummy tablet!!..
Best Buy doesn’t mention a stylus on their HTC Flyer pre-order site. If it doesn’t come included, I am cancelling my order
They’ve already advertised the stylus to sell seperate for $79
