So far the next generation lineup of the Sony Ericsson Xperia family includes four handsets that we know of: the Xperia Play, Xperia Arc, Xperia Neo, and Xperia Pro. So the appearance of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro in the companies Android companion software for PCs has us wondering just what it could be. The included graphic bears a striking resemblance to that of the Arc, and the similarity of the two devices’ names could mean the Acro is a slight variant of that handset. Looking at model numbers, the SO-01C of the Arc becomes the SO-02C of the Acro in at least one instance, though two listings exist for both phones.
Given the origin of the find, we’d say the Acro will Japan first, with chances of availability elsewhere slim for now.

4 of 6 phones in that picture look exactly the same
Actually 2 of them look the same. The Arc and the Acro.
There’s just two instances of both of these phones.
they need a mini arc…
To be brutally honest, you guys are kinda late to the party. The Arco is an exclusive model made for the Japanese market. This includes One-seg television, NFC/Osaifu-keitei and infrared. These additions do make the phone thicker than the standard Arc. The two different models are for two carriers that operate here, au and DoCoMo.
It’s a phone they reversed engineered, from technology found at Roswell.
With front facing cam?
