Firefox Mobile has been available in beta form one way or another (including Fennec) for the better part of the past year, but it has yet to reach a release worthy of the Android Market. That should change this month, as Matt Brubeck, a Mozilla Engineer, states that an upcoming beta release of the web browser should be in the Market by the end of this month.
Firefox Mobile has so far been a quality browser replacement, if not a bit a bulky. It also definitely still behaves the way you might expect a beta to. Hopefully a launch in the Android Market means good things in the near future.

I would love to install this some day, but it’s current storage requirements prevent me from even coming close to installing it.
I like the Sync with my desktop browser, but the lack of flash makes it a drag. Makes me feel like a dirty rotten fanboi. blech
