By DLNA has certified an Android device from Samsung named the Stealth V. (Stealth V is likely just a codename.) According to them, it houses a 4.3-inch WVGA touchscreen and an 8 megapixel camera, and will run Android 2.2. This sounds an awful lot like the 4.3-4.5 inch “Galaxy S2” device we heard of from Samsung before. We can’t say for sure these are the same devices, though, as it would come down to resolution: we’re expecting that device to sport an HD resolution of 1280×720 opposed to the WVGA 800×480 found in most phones of this size. The model numbers also don’t match up.
The Stealth V’s model number is SCH-i510, which is very similar to the Samsung Fascinate’s model number, leading us to believe that this will head for Verizon and be a continuation of the Galaxy S Fascinate line over there (and maybe even adopt the DROID name.) That’s all we know for now, but as always, we’re on the lookout for more. [via GSM Arena]

I’d say a WSVGA (1024×600, like the Galaxy Tab, maintaining the 5:3 ratio of most high-end Android devices (save for Motorola’s) right now, also making upscaling just a little bit easier for apps) screen is more likely than a 720p one, as much as I’d like it. (Also considering that the AMOLED displays of 4.3 and 4.5 inch sizes that Samsung displayed at FPD-International had a WSVGA resolution.)
I also really wish they’d get rid of their PenTile tech, I hope that’s one of SAMOLED2’s main features. (Though again, with a resolution that high, it’d still be acceptable)

looks really nice, but i know it will have stupid touchwiz, gross. samsung needs to get with the program and just make it stock.
Is it me or does that screen look curved… just as in the rumors! I could be wrong.
