By Spearhead Games, makers of the popular iPhone game Phoenix Spirit, have announced that the game will be headed to Android, and soon. November 24th is the date they are aiming to get the forest-centric flying creature platformer into the Android Market. The game retails for $1.99 on that other mobile OS, so expect a similar pricing (though many iPhone developers have explored varying pricing models with their Android releases). See the video below for a little preview. Could it be that the train of good Android games will keep rolling?

I hadn’t heard of it either, but it looks like an interesting mix of Metroid and Aquaria. I’m definitely interested! Loved the music on the trailer.
It seems like Angry Birds opened the flood gates for iPhone games being ported over. Soon iPhone won’t have any advantage over Android once all of the good apps are cross platfrom. Let the apps keep comin’!

this game is not that fun….and im sick of the “OH GOD THERE PORTING IT FROM IPHONE IT MUST BE GOOD” bullshit!! and so far not that many games that have been ported to android are that fun.
yes angrybirds is addictive and pocket legends is my second home, but what about android only games like furiburb, abduction, heavygunner, unique rabbit, ect. we got thousands of really really kick ass games. most of the iphone games are just rehashed garbage.
