By Just as we suspected, the Droid 2 Global is still out there, and it’s just entered training for Verizon Wireless employees. We’ve been hearing that this and the recently announced Droid Pro were being aimed for launch by the time the holiday season rolls around, so this timing is as perfect as perfect can get. For those that haven’t heard, the Droid 2 Global will essentially be a Droid 2 with GSM radios and a slimmer profile on the slide-out QWERTY. No pictures of this thing yet, but we can’t be far off from those goods.
