By Looking in the Android market, I can’t tell if Adobe’s updated that version of their Flash player, but Droid-Life is reporting that Beta 2 has been released in the form of a .apk file and leaked over at XDA. I won’t provide a direct link to that download for several reasons, but you can go over there and check it out for yourself.
There is no changelog (at least that I could find) but 2 is greater than 1, and we all know how far that logic takes us in most facets of life. This is only for Android version 2.2 (and higher, I guess).
[Update]: It should be the same official version that you can find in the Android market, so go ahead and update if you haven’t already.
I got the update from the Android Market yesterday it is version 10.1.72.4 unless you are talking about another new version.

Yeah, I got the update through the market and the only difference I can see is that flash works in pop up windows. e.g. There was a radio website that had a listen live button that would open a pop up window but it was just blank. After the update it works.
I have it on the “semi-official” (ie leaked) build of Froyo on my N1. Espn runs smoother, CNN is still choppy, MSNBC runs better, and the lip sync is much better on Southparkstudios.com. Seems they’ve improved buffer times as well.
