By If you’re not subscribed to T-Mobile’s newsletter for the MyTouch 3G then you probably don’t know that they just sent out an Email reminding you that T-Mobile customers will be able to pre-order the phone from July 8th to July 28th. Nothing new is revealed but at least they’re on the ball – probably signaling Americans drooling over the HTC Hero since they/we won’t get it until (most likely) the Fall/Holidays:

I hope HTC is hard at work stockpiling as many MyTouch 3G phones as possible for T-Mobile because this thing should sell pretty well. Its all the Android you’ve come to love without the geek factor. And for better or worse depending on your preference – without the keyboard.
Will T-Mobile be releasing this in the UK? It seems kind of pointless to have the G1, the Magic and the Hero …
Shouldn’t the Hero be moved from the “rumoured” phone section ? I think we can say it is no longer just a rumour anymore :)

Deutsche Telekom trademarked the color magenta?
T-Mobile marketing is terrible though. Why show 2 penguins?? How about showing the many icons like the iPhone or at least it playing a video?? This phone won’t be the iPhone killer when marketed like this.
