While the Android tablet market is dominated mostly by Samsung’s offerings, it’s only fair to say that a lot of other OEMs have been giving consumers worthwhile choices when it comes to big-screened Android devices. Take for example the Redmi Pad Pro, which is now available for several markets and regions worldwide.

Priced at between $310-320 (when converted), Xiaomi’s budget-friendly tablet model takes on the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+, which currently sits on top of Samsung’s midrange tablet lineup. For hardware, the Redmi Pad Pro packs a 12-inch LCD screen with a 2560 x 1600 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and is encased in a metal unibody. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, with up to 8GB+256GB of RAM and storage.

As for software, the Redmi Pad Pro comes with Hyper OS, which features exclusive built-in Xiaomi apps in addition to third-party software. There are 8-megapixel cameras on both the front and rear, and the tablet runs on a large 10,000 mAh battery. Folks looking to get one for themselves can grab it in three different colors including Graphite Gray, Mint Green, and Ocean Blue.
