Some Galaxy S8 users are reporting a red tint on the display

0

The Samsung Galaxy S8 isn’t available yet here in the US, but some people have the device already in other countries. The first wave of complaints is already coming in from users in South Korea. According to some users, the display has a reddish tint.

As you can plainly see in the photo above, the display on some models has a red tint. Samsung says the problem can be adjusted on the phone, but changing the color display settings doesn’t improve the situation. Samsung is urging customers to bring the device to a service center if the problem continues.

Obviously, the last thing Samsung wants is another hardware issue. They were quick to say this “is not a quality problem.” Hopefully, Samsung has the situation figured out before the phone ships worldwide.
