Sprint Conquer 4G gets security update, boots out CarrierIQ

Users of the Sprint Conquer 4G should be seeing an OTA notification for a minor security update, and according to IntoMobile, the main purpose of the update is to free the user from CarrierIQ aka Big Brother.

If you like your live wallpapers , and don’t give a hoot about being tracked without giving Sprint/Samsung permission, then you might want to avoid this update, since some of them (Magic, Smoke, Many, Maps, Nexus, Spectrum, Water and Waveform) are also going to disappear.
