MADFINGER Games Tweets Oct. 26th Availability of Shadow Gun on Tegra Zone

14

MADFINGER Games, the studio behind a nice looking upcoming shooter called Shadow Gun, has tweeted that the game will be launched October 26th for all Tegra devices. This is unfortunate for the overall Android population, though they did mention that it would be coming to all devices a bit later (a matter of days, they say).

Chris had a chance to try the game out at E3 and while I won’t comment on the overly gleeful sounds he made while playing it, it at least shows you it will be a very fun experience. That is, unless guns and mayhem aren’t your thing, in which case you might want to go download Angry Birds or Peggle. Look out for its arrival soon.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

    1. Me too! I have never been so excited for an Android game!!

  2. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to come out for other devices. This will be a fun game to play when I get my Galaxy Nexus. :)

  3. With all this advancement in the games themselves, why aren’t we using Xbox like controllers by now to play them? This on screen controls stuff is getting wack.

Will ICS save us from this madness?

    1. I play with a PS3 controller…

      1. What games exactly? Cuz I don’t to play emulators I want to play games like this.

      2. Same here. PS3 controller + MHL + This game + 1080P TV = Epic win :)

        1. Can you play games like Back Stab with a PS3 controller?

          1. I have only played emulators with it, but that’s all I really wanted it for in the first place. It doesn’t work very well with touch only games, but there are some games that do.

I wonder if it would work for games that are compatible with the Xperia Play. (I’ll have to try that sometime.)

  4. Wow, Marcus Fenix shaved his head? Ha ha, seriously, its a day one download for me.

I’m pretty happy I jumped on the DX2 rather than wait for the Bionic.

  7. Will google stop this ” Tegra only” madness ?!!

Tegra 2 is a weak GPU and nVidia is always encouraging monopoly.
