The ZTE Libra is the manufacturer's latest handset aimed at Asia starting out. It comes with the latest version of Android (for handsets, anyway) but looks like little more than a mid-range offering. It has a 600 MHz processor by Qualcomm, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, A-GPS and more.
