OUYA is an attempt to keep gaming relevant in the living room, as opposed to going completely mobile. This affordable console runs on Android and carries a Tegra 3 processor and 1 GB of RAM, so it is capable of running the best games out there.

One simply plugs it in to the TV and it is ready to rock. Even though it won't be reaching its launch until 2013, this bad boy has proven to be quite a popular console. It reached and quickly surpassed its $950,000 kickstarter goal on day 1, which is quite an outstanding accomplishment.
