Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9

Last updated: Sep 6th, 2012.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 is the bigger brother in the Kindle Fire HD family, save for its identical twin brother with 4G LTE. This device comes with an OMAP 4470 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage and a stunning 8.9-inch 1920x1200p display.

With a $299 price-point, it doesn't seem like a bad option, but the competition is noe getting rather close. This means Amazon no longer has the spotlight directed at them.
