Samsung Galaxy Note For T-Mobile Spotted On Camera

30

After numerous leaks and hints that the T-Mobile version of Samsung’s 5.3-inch behemoth would be arriving in the future, the device has finally been spotted in the wild by TMoNews. And it’s not like we ever doubted it. You may remember a post from a short time ago where some tricky devs over on XDA actually found that the AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy Note actually featured fully compatible radios with T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ network. A little rebranding was all it needed to make the jump on over to ‘ol #4.

Of course, this hasn’t been officially announced or even hinted at from T-Mobile so pricing and availability remains to be seen. Any T-Mobile customers out there got their eye on this one?

  6. Hnmmnm I may need to start looking at tmobile’s service because sprint doesn’t look like they’re making any headway on getting this phone.

    1. I’ve been told by Sprint techs that they’ve already begun training on the G-Note. It will come. I’d bet my shorts on it..

      1. You think we’ll get any new phone info tomorrow at sprints q1 sales conference?

      2. This comment just made my day,….either i get that super sized phone or a new pair of shorts!!!……wait….are they new?

  7. Why can’t verizon pick up this awesome phone. I’m in an area where att and tmobile coverage socks socks I’m stuck with verizon.

  8. :(

    1. I know, Tommy….. I know *pats back*

  9. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! xD

  10. Hell yes.
I do have a question CHRIS C, would you suggest this the G Note, the One S, or the S 3? I have a full upgrade available and am in a holding pattern

    1. I would go with…………………… the Galaxy Nexus. If you feel you need something now.
Not saying the other choices are “bad” but for me, the One X on T-Mobile would be ideal (although most likely not happening anytime soon). =/

  11. Chris I’ve seen you in shorts. Not tasty. J/K buddy. Keep up the great work. Tell Q I sent a G + high five.

  12. Only if its Exynos CPU

    1.  It probably will be since I doubt it will be LTE

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t T-Mobile pushing HSPA+ for the time being?

      1. Yea but exynos doesn’t do 48mbps. They should do 21mbps and exynos!!

  13. @Gnexhunter, Verizon is also supposed to be getting this device, as the Samsung Galaxy Journal, very soon.

  14. I was looking at flashing an AT&T Note over to T-Mobile, but then I bought the Nexus, today.

  15. If it has the old processor then it’s dead. The phone is nice, I have the att version on tmo, flashed the 4G radio and it works nice but the lag is there and the phone stutters. I hope they upgrade the processor!

  16. Might launch with the snapdragon S4

  17. @Santod Mods. Says who ??

  18. CHRIS C, was that response directed at me? If so, are you saying the G-Nex is a better choice than waiting for one of the three I mentioned? I trust your judgement. I am willing to wait for one of the other three to launch if needed, but if you are saying the G-Nex is better than the Note, One S, and S3 then I an willing to listen

  19. Isn’t the One X supposed to show as a rebrand like “G3” or something?

    1. I sure hope not!! The G-series are keyboard phones. I hate touch only phones. I can’t type to save my life. Someone keeps hitting ‘v’ and ‘b’ when I’m trying to hit ‘space’.

  20. I would so use their prepaid service on this!

  21. Why would ANYONE buy this giant phone? It’s ugly. It’s huge. It’s NOT a tablet!

Unless it can do tablet apps? ………

  22. Come on VZW!!
