Another new Ice Cream Sandwich ROM has leaked for a Samsung-made AT&T device. It’s the Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-i777 and the leaked build brings ROM users up to 4.0.3 from Gingerbread. The ROM comes rooted and deodexed, and there’s no list of major bugs to be found (though it is worthy to note that bugs may very well exist). Download links and instructions are available at the ROM’s XDA-Developers thread. Happy flashing and be safe!
woo-hoo only about 6 months to go before I get ICS on my TMo GSII !!!

that was posted on the 27th, and the xda link you credited was also posted on the 27th >.>
plus that link isnt the leak, its just some rom someone made off it
The post was created on the 27th but updated earlier this morning with the UCPLC5 firmware/modem.
Negative ghostrider. That was a previous leak.
I think im done with Samsung devices they are the worst with updates might try my luck with a htc when I get my upgrade
Who are you going to switch to?
HTC, ICS updates for their phone? not yet, Motorola? nope, LG, don’t make me laugh
To make matters worse your on AT&T which always delays updates.
At least we have leaks and ICS rom’s for the SGS II from the international version, I’m running SHOstock 2 and it’s flawless, that’s more than I can say for other AT&T android phones made early last year.
People always complain about updates and I’m not saying we shouldn’t get faster updates, we should, but people say I’m switching to X manufacturer because my current phone manufacturer hasn’t updated my specific phone yet and fail to notice that the other manufacturers haven’t updated their phones that they released at the same time either.
I’m running CM9 on my AT&T GSII… and it has 4.0.4. So :P to you AT&T and Samsung.
I’m running CM9 nifghtly on my AT&T Captivate and it’s 4.0.4. Stopped waiting for AT&T and Samsung updates since February 2011! Thank you XDA and CyanogenMod!!!
Updates for Samsung are great just head over to sammobile.com and grab the latest firmware.
You’re kidding right? The only firmware they have for the i777 there is what it came with at launch.
