DC Comics and comiXology have teamed up to bring all of your favorite characters from the DC Universe into the palm of your hand. The new Android app pulls from the extensive DC Comics and Vertigo catalog to provide over 3,000 issues ranging in price from $0.99 to $2.99. Issues can be purchased via the Android Market’s in-app billing. In a nod to cross-platform friendliness, purchasing a comic from the app instantly makes it available to you on the Web or via an iOS device as well.
Personally, I’ve always been more of a Marvel man myself, but you have to support comiXology’s efforts to bring comics into the digital age and perhaps save an industry that is seemingly floating by on the profits of their movie franchises alone. Speaking of which, anyone check out that new Batman trailer?

While I’m a big fan of Hulk – Batman has always been my fave. Anybody with the stones to walk in without any superpowers or guns and face death is top-notch in my book.
Strange, DC has been available through the generic comixology app for quite a while. Also, Marvel is available through Graphicly
I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, GrabPenny.com
