A freshly leaked pricing sheet is revealing what we can expect to pay for two upcoming Droid handsets for Verizon. To be exact, the sheet lists minimum advertised prices (MAP) for upcoming and current Android handsets. New here are the Samsung Droid Charge and HTC Droid Incredible 2, both handsets that should be launching in April. The Charge looks to demand a head-turning $299.99 while the Incredible 2 asks a more reasonable $199.99.
The pricing of the Charge seems a bit steep, especially considering the lukewarm reception it has received. There is a chance the pricing may come down in the form of a discount, but other prices on the list seem to suggest the discount is already applied.

Who is the fucking idiot who thinks that 300 for a samsung phone that is basically old technology. The Thunderbolt was at least a new versin of an older phone (EVO) So it was a little different. So I could possible see them pricing it at 250, but still Why does samsung think people are that stupid that people will spend 50 bucks more this like I said older technology. I was so hyped about the Thunderbolt until I realized I won’t be getting 4G for another year or so. I think I’m gonna save the extra $50-$100 and get the DInc 2. I love the DInc I have and I’m glad they aren’t gonna try and kill us for a 3G phone.

I think they are telling Android fans to buy the Iphone with this pricing…this is ridiculous, what other reason could there be? Oh well, at least there are 3rd party sellers that should come in much cheaper. So whats the prices of dual core phones going to be 500-600 subsidized? lol

WTF. I don’t quite undrestand this pricing scheme, especially in light of the rumor that the Bionic will be in the $150 range. May reconsider waiting for it again. I wasn’t going to, hearing not so great things about the Atrix display, whose pentile LCD the Bionic is using as well.

well as for the thunderbolt it comes with a pre intalled 32 gb micro sd card which cost about $110 bucks alone which makes the price well woth it.
i hope the samsung charge comes with it also cuase thats the phone im waiting for.
that could relly be the deciding factor.
