The HTC Thunderbolt isn’t the only phone that’s been launched today. Up above us, our Canadian friends are able to scoop Bell’s Motorola ATRIX up today for $169.95 after a 3-year contract agreement. (Other prices from off-contract to two years include $599.95, $574.95, and $549.95.)
It’s not at all different from the Motorola ATRIX 4G on AT&T. It has a powerful 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4 inch qHD display, a 5 megapixel camera with a VGA front-facing cousin, 16GB of internal storage, and a lot more. It’s one of the most innovative phones we’ve ever seen released and has a great deal more features than your usual set of smartphone bells and whistles. Check Bell’s site to get started. When will this come to the UK, please please, by mid April & no later, come on Motorola you are useless at releasing out side of the Americas.
awesome!
gonna get this asap and sell off my I9000 Galaxy S
Maybe the GPS will work…
The GPS is almost instant on the atrix, so no worries my fellow galaxy broken GPS user
GPS in the Atrix is awesome. 10 second lock, no joke, in the car.
I fired up Navigator and before I could finish timing in my home address it had a lock.
Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant that I had before (and returned) couldn’t do that standing outside on a sunny day…
3 years! This thing will be about as modern as a stone tablet in 2014.
The Americas are the economic power house, everything will come here first, Europe is week, i mean the UK is soo old and brittle..tsk tsk tsk
Just got it off contract at bell, and I must say im pretty impressed. Its a huge step up from my old htc legend, and I laugh a little inside that sideloading apps is already enabled :P
haha
Don’t know what are you talking about..my gps captivate is faster than the atrix..get a custom rom.. Actually it feels faster than my atrix which I well return soon
