If you own one of OnePlus’ recent smartphones from the past couple of years, then you might want to check if your device is eligible for the latest August 2024 software update. The company recently announced the arrival of version U120P01 & version U120P02, which are new monthly software updates for OnePlus devices which will be integrated within regular system upgrades. As per OnePlus’ official community post:
This update is set to enhance your experience by introducing OnePlus’s self-developed apps along with a range of new features. With this update, you can enjoy the latest enhancements and improvements right away, bypassing the usual gradual OTA (Over-The-Air) rollout process.
That said, the update will roll out to several OnePlus devices, which are listed below:
OnePlus adds that the update will roll out in phases for “a smooth and stable installation for all users.” As such, the update will arrive for users in Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore, as well as users in Middle Eastern regions such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar, to name some.
