Not too long after arriving on the scene, Nothing’s CMF Watch Pro 2 has finally received a new update, which brings support for Google Health Connect to the device. The update is also available for the watch’s companion app, and comes with firmware version 1.0.0.51 for the watch, while the app update comes with version v3.2.2 on Android and v3.1.8 on iOS.
In addition to Health Connect compatibility, the update also comes with offline sports data tracking, viewing data from both Watch Pro and Watch Pro 2 on your homepage, setting daily step goals within the app, checking daylight saving time in the world clock, and an improved overall user experience and connectivity.
For those unfamiliar with it, Google Health Connect serves as a platform for users that allows them to share health and fitness data between different apps and devices. It provides a central location for storing and managing user data, and gives them control over which apps can access it.
The CMF Watch Pro 2 was launched a month ago, and features a newly-overhauled design compared to its predecessor. Other specifications include a 1.32-inch AMOLED display, 120 sports modes, and comes with support for Bluetooth calls, music control, notifications, and remote camera control. Also present are IP68 dust and water protection, as well as 11-day battery life.
