GoPro had announced the Karma before, but details were extremely thin. We didn’t have so much as a photo, with the only taste of their efforts being sample footage. And as sweet as that footage was, it’s drone footage — been there, done that. That’s why we weren’t too surprised to learn that their early 2016 launch expectations were delayed.
So here we are today with signs of vibrant life and a chance to see what an action drone looks like from a company whose existence is predicated on capturing action. That’s why we can’t wait for September 19th to show up on the calendar, and if you’re filled with that same excitement then be sure to circle back around that day.
