With the shipments of the Nexus 7 tablet almost upon us, I’m certain quite a few of you who pre-ordered the device have been looking around at how to protect your new toy. ASUS tweeted the image above, showcasing their offerings. There’s no information regarding pricing or availability.
Have any preference from the above? If I do end up buying the tablet, I’ll probably get the orange one.

I’m in India, and as such the only stuff I see on Play are apps. Plus, I checked up news items and couldn’t find any reference.

I don’t think the ones pictures above are the same as the one in the play store. The one in the store doesn’t appear to be a flip cover…

Have ordered the nexus 7 via the play store but when tried to order the cover said it was not available in the United kingdom.
I would watch out if I was Asus.. I think apple patent different color cases :-

Why you don’t get a build-in BT keyboard inside the cover? A must!
MS patented the case with keyboard design.

Personally I don’t like flip covers. I was hoping the nexus 7 had a durable enough back that it wouldn’t need a case. Maybe just a screen protector.
Ordered my grey cover with the Nexus 7 at the same time day 1.
Hope these will be available retail at launch. Would also like to see some sort of leather bookish like cover like the Nook and Fire have.
Why do so many companies have problems releasing the accessories at the same time as the device? Perfect upselling opportunity, add a case at the same time as you buy the Nexus 7, but no.
