OnePlus confirms its OnePlus 13T compact flagship

The OnePlus 13T compact flagship is official—or at least, something like it is. OnePlus has confirmed a new phone is launching this month in China, and it’s teasing it with the tagline “Small-Screen Powerhouse.” So yeah, we’re definitely getting a compact phone with serious muscle.

Galaxy S25 Ultra deal

Leaks say the OnePlus 13T will sport a 6.3-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution. That’s sharp for its size. Under the hood, it’s expected to pack a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. This is basically the best Qualcomm has right now. It will also come with a giant 6,200mAh battery. That’s a lot of power for a small phone, especially with 80W fast charging in the mix.

Gamers might also appreciate the inclusion of OnePlus’ WindChaser engine. It reportedly tweaks CPU voltage and frequency to boost performance while gaming.

The actual design hasn’t been shown yet, but renders hint at two camera layout options: vertical or horizontal. One mockup looks a lot like the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite’s rear camera. Either way, we’re getting a glass back and a metal frame.

The OnePlus 13T could also be the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite phone in its class. Leaks suggest the OnePlus 13T might launch under 4,000 Yuan (around $550). That would put it right up against the Oppo Find X8s, which has a similar size and specs, but a bigger price tag.
