There are many gaming chairs in the market today so consumers are essentially spoilt for choice. This year at CES 2025, Razer has shown off another gaming chair. This comes in the form of Project Arielle, which for now exists as a concept product.
This is actually not the first time that Razer has shown off a concept gaming chair. Back at CES 2024, Razer showed off Project Esther. This was a gaming chair that had built-in haptic feedback. But with Project Arielle, Razer has opted to create a gaming chair that focuses more on comfort rather than gaming features.
According to Razer, the chair will feature integrated heating and cooling. There is an integrated fan that ensures a smooth and continuous flow of air. The company says that it can reduce perceived temperature by 2C-5C, or increase heat by delivering up to 30C of warm air. This would make it perfect for the winter.
The design and concept of Project Arielle is actually based on Razer’s existing mesh gaming chair, the Fujin Pro. At the moment it is unclear if there are plans to make Project Arielle a reality. Razer has unveiled many concept products in the past, most of which never really make it to production.
