In addition to its smartphones, Honor also makes some pretty solid laptops under its Magicbook line. That said, the company unveiled its newest Magicbook laptop models, which include the X16 Plus and X14 Plus. Both devices run on Intel’s 13th-gen i5 chip, although there are some key differences in terms of hardware.
The Magicbook X16 Plus, packs a 16-inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, and is powered by a 75 Wh battery with 65W fast charging. For connectivity, the X16 Plus comes with two USB-C and two USB-A ports, in addition to an HDMI port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Meanwhile, the Magicbook X14 Plus comes with a 14-inch display with a 2,880 x 1,800 resolution, and runs on a 60 Wh battery which also supports 65W fast charging. It also features the same port configuration as on the larger model.
Other similarities between the two laptops include Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 5 support and NFC, as well as 16GB/32GB RAM configurations, with up to 1TB of internal storage. As for availability, they’re currently exclusive for Chinese markets – the X14 Plus is priced at CNY4,899/CNY5,199, while the X16 Plus is CNY5,099/CNY5,399.
