Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket brings the collectible card game onto mobile

0

Trading card games like Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon Trading Card Game are fun, but sometimes not practical in this mobile day and age. If you’re looking to enjoy the Pokemon Trading Card Game on mobile, then you should definitely check out the Pocket version of the game which has launched on iOS and Android.

Take note that this particular version of the game isn’t the same as the physical version of the collectible card game. This is because the original card game can have matches that drag out for a long period of time, making it less practical for mobile purposes. Instead, the Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is focused on faster and shorter rounds, similar to other mobile card games like Marvel Snap.

Unsurprisingly, the game is free to play, but it does come with in-app purchases. These in-app purchases will allow users to unlock additional packs per day. These packs are required for gamers to build their decks. But if you don’t feel like paying, don’t worry, you do get some free packs per day, but obviously that will be slower compared to if you’re paying for it.

In any case, if you love the original Pokemon card game but want a mobile version of it, then maybe Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket might be worth checking out.
