While some might dismiss it as a “flavour-of-the-year” tech fad, it’s clear that generative AI has continued to play a crucial role with regards to new software and hardware offerings from manufacturers both big and small. Take for example Samsung’s Galaxy AI, which has seen some significant growth since its original debut.
In fact, Samsung plans to expand Galaxy AI’s reach even further – the company recently announced upcoming language support for its AI software, which will now be available in Turkish, Dutch, Swedish and Romanian. Meanwhile, existing supported languages will soon cover additional dialects in traditional Chinese and Portuguese. The planned expansions will begin rolling out from the end of October.

At the moment, Galaxy AI supports 16 languages, and Samsung aims to increase that to 20 by year’s end. The new languages and dialects will be available for download as language packs via the Settings app of Galaxy devices which support Galaxy AI.
