Samsung has confirmed the next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on the 10th of July. The event will most likely see Samsung announce their new foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6. If you were excited for either device, then prepare your wallets as the prices for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 might have been revealed.
This is according to a post on X by Sudhanshu Ambhore who suggested that the Fold 6 could be priced starting at €2200. He also revealed that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 could be priced starting at €1330. For context, these prices suggest that Samsung has increased the price of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip over its predecessors.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 was priced at €1899 when it launched, while the Galaxy Z Flip 5 was priced at €1199 at launch. This is quite a massive jump, but we’re not sure how much of a difference it will be in the US. One thing to note is that according to Smartprix, these prices were apparently taken from a retailer’s website. This listing has since been removed.
This suggests that maybe the prices were wrong and were a placeholder. Or it could be the real deal except that it was revealed too early. Either way, we should have the details soon enough. One more thing to note is that Samsung is running pre-reservation deals for its upcoming devices. Customers can get $50 in instant Samsung Credit and up to $1,500 off their purchases. If you’re looking to save some money, that’s something you can check out.
