TCL recently expanded the availability of its Android phone lineup following the launch of the TCL 50 XE, which is now available via Verizon Prepaid. Priced at just $99, the 50 XE packs some decent hardware specifications which should be more than enough for users after a reasonably-priced smartphone.
Running on a MediaTek chipset, the TCL 50 XE comes with a large 6.6-inch display with a 90hz refresh rate for smooth-looking visuals. Inside you’ll find 4GB of RAM, as well as 128GB of internal storage with support for micro SD card expansion. The phone also comes with a triple camera setup, which consists of a 50MP primary lens, a 5MP Ultra Wide lens, as well as a 2MP depth lens.

Powering the TCL 50 XE is a large 5,010 mAh battery, and other details include NFC, fingerprint unlock, and DTS sound through dual speakers. There’s even a 3.5mm headphone jack onboard, although given the phone’s price it isn’t too surprising to see one on here. It’s available in a single blue color (at least at the time of this post) for those of you who are planing on picking one up.
