CES is a great time for companies to exhibit their new products or show off tech that they’re working on. But since the development of some products can take time, Computex is another great place for companies to show what they’ve been up to. This year at Computex 2024, TECNO has unveiled a bunch of new and exciting products that could be of interest to you!

TECNO Pocket Go

There are a couple of companies that have gotten into the handheld gaming space. We’re talking about the likes of Valve, Sony, and ASUS, just to name a few. These devices are an all-in-one kind of gadget where it combines the controls with the screen on a single device. It’s meant to be compact and portable, but TECNO has taken the idea and put their own spin on it.

At Computex 2024, TECNO is showing off the Pocket Go. The Pocket Go itself is a handheld PC that is meant to be paired with the company’s AR Pocket Vision, a pair of augmented reality glasses. This means that instead of playing games on a small screen, your field of view will essentially be your display and you can enjoy games in a new and immersive way.

According to TECNO, the AR Pocket Vision features a pair of 0.71-inch micro OLED displays that give the experience of looking at a 215-inch TV from six meters away. The Pocket Go itself is no slouch. Under the hood, an AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS CPU can be found with clock speeds up to 5.1GHz!

It also features a massive cooling fan which when combined with its copper pipes, ensures the device stays nice and frosty under heavy loads. It also comes with a replaceable 50Wh battery, a bit of rarity in this day and age of integrated batteries.

TECNO Dynamic 1

TECNO might be a company most of you are familiar with when it comes to smartphones. But that hasn’t stopped the company from trying their hand at new projects. One of those projects that TECNO is showing off at Computex 2024 is the Dynamic 1 robotic dog.

The concept of robotic pets isn’t new. But the Dynamic 1 is a vastly different beast from other robotic dogs like Sony’s Aibo. According to TECNO, the Dynamic 1 has a torque of 45 N.m/kg. It features a sophisticated cooling system in the knee joints that allows the robot to mirror how a dog walks. It can climb the stairs, bow, and shake hands.

The “face” of the Dynamic 1 also houses additional tech. This includes a headlight that can illuminate its path. Plus there are four microphones and it supports voice recognition that relies on AI to make the interaction more responsive and intuitive.

It also comes with an Intel RealSense D430 depth camera, dual optical sensors, and infrared sensors to help it navigate and avoid obstacles. TECNO has designed the Dynamic 1 with modularity in mind. Its battery can be removed and replaced by another if you want to reduce the overall downtime.

TECNO MEGABOOK T16 PRO 2024 Ultra

Last but not least, TECNO is also using their time at Computex 2024 to show off other non-smartphone related products. This comes in the form of the MEGABOOK T16 PRO 2024 Ultra laptop.

If you’re looking for a laptop that has an insane battery life, this could be it. The MEGABOOK T16 Pro 2024 Ultra boasts a battery life of up to 22 hours! That’s honestly pretty amazing which means that for normal use, you should be able to squeeze more than a day’s worth. It also comes with 100W GaN charging so you can juice it back up quickly if necessary.

The laptop features a 2.5K display with a glass screen and goes up to 400 nits in brightness. Seeing that AI is all the rage these days, TECNO has included several AI-related features. This includes things like eye gaze correction, a built-in teleprompter, and background blur, useful if you host a lot of video conferences.

There’s even AI used for noise canceling that will make your voice come through clearer. For those that want to enjoy their music and videos on the go, the laptop is equipped with 3D Surround Sound with 120% increased volume. TECNO has also paid attention to the small details, like the keyboard, where it features switches that offer 1.5mm travel for a more comfortable typing experience.

The MEGABOOK T16 Pro 2024 Ultra does not fall short when it comes to ports either. There are a total of 9 connectivity options including a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB ports, and a TF card slot that will allow users to expand their overall storage.

Meawhile, TECNO MEGABOOK Series offers the TECNO PC Manager software enhances device collaboration between TECNO laptops and smartphones, streamlining workflows for users. With PC Manager, optimizing PC performance, managing system settings, and maintaining device efficiency is made simple. TECNO OneLeap feature from PC Manager enables seamless collaboration between TECNO smartphones and MEGABOOK, enhancing productivity with features like One Leap, Multi-screen Collaboration, Data Sharing, and Files Management. This solution ensures data security while maximizing efficiency.
