Google Adds Fitbit Premium and Nest Aware to Google One Subscriptions

If you’re a Google One subscriber and are heavily invested into Google’s many software products and services, then you might be thrilled to know that Google One has begun including Fitbit Premium and Nest Aware, which is now live for users in the United Kingdom. In fact, some users have reported that they received the following notification:

Your Google One plan now includes all the benefits of Fitbit Premium, including personalized health insights, 1000+ guided workout videos, and more.

Your previous Fitbit Premium membership was canceled, and you’ll get one bill, plus a refund for any remaining time.

Thank you for being a part of Fitbit. We’re excited to continue our journey together, supporting your health and fitness in new and innovative ways.

In a statement made by Google to the folks over at 9to5Google, both Fitbit Premium and Nest Aware are “currently available” for Google One Premium Plans (at least for UK subscribers), starting with the 2TB storage plan. With that in mind, it should be noted that the Nest Aware Plus add-on does come with an additional £5.99 fee per month.

Currently though, Google has not confirmed if the plan will be making its way to more regions in the future, although it shouldn’t be too surprising if it starts offering the Fitbit and Nest plans with premium subscriptions in more countries soon.
