Motorola used to compete with the big guns back in the early days of Android. These days, the company is pushing out mid-rangers and budget handsets to great success. If you’re looking for a new phone that won’t break the bank, then you might want to check out these leaked renders of the 2024 Moto G Power 5G.
The Moto G Power 5G is a budget smartphone series from Motorola. The company pretty much refreshes them on an yearly basis, so seeing a refresh this year doesn’t come as a surprise. Thanks to the folks at MsPowerUser, leaked renders of the upcoming handset have made their way online.
According to the post, the handset will be offered in a “Orchid Tint” and “Outer Space” finish. There are some obvious design changes in the 2024 over the 2023 model. This applies to the camera bump which now has a matte-like finish similar to the back of the phone. The 2023 model was kind of shiny.
In terms of specs, the handset will apparently come with a 6.7-inch 1200×1600 display. It is also rumored to support 30W charging. There is no mention about the chipset and battery size of the phone, but presumably it will build off its 2023 precessor. There’s also no word on pricing yet, but hopefully Motorola will keep the same $299 price tag.
