Google Introduces Quick Access Row Update for Android TV

0

If you own an Android TV-compatible device, then you might want to check and see if you’ve received the latest update for Google’s content-streaming platform, which tweaks the layout on the main screen menu. According to Google’s official post:

“We’re excited to keep adding new features that make finding your favorite movies and shows on Android TV quick and easy. Starting today in the U.S., and rolling out over the next few weeks, you’ll discover new ways to access top entertainment directly on the home screen. Located below the Favorite Apps row, you’ll find quick access to play what’s next, watch free live TV, explore popular titles and see what’s trending on Google — no need to jump app to app.”

With that being said, users should now have an easier time looking for their most-used apps and streaming services on their Android TV. There’s no mention yet on which countries and regions the new update will arrive for following the United States however, although we might see a new update from Google soon.
