Nintendo Teases Pink Limited-edition Joy-Con Variants

Nintendo is known for launching several variants and special editions of its gaming systems, and the Switch is no different, having been launched in different colorways, themes, and more. In keeping with tradition, the Big N recently announced that it will be launching a new color variant of the Joy-Con controllers, which will be available for a limited time.

More specifically, Nintendo is launching a pastel pink Joy-Con variant, which will coincide with the launch of the company’s upcoming adventure game “Princess Peach Showtime.” With that in mind, the Joy-Cons will only be available for a limited time from participating retailers, as well as the My Nintendo Store.

As for the game itself, Princess Peach Showtime will feature Peach as the titular playable character, instead of Mario. The game will feature platforming elements, as well as a transformation mechanic that allows players to access different types of abilities.
