Samsung Teams up with PDP for Gaming Hub Controller

0

As part of its “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” program at CES 2024, Samsung recently announced that it has teamed up with gaming accessory manufacturer PDP to develop a controller for use with the company’s Gaming Hub platform, a platform that gives users access to games via Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce Now, to name a few.

Dubbed the “Replay Midnight Blue,” the controller is the first “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” product, and features a rather standard-looking controller design, similar to ones from consoles like the Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

The controller packs a rechargeable battery with up to 40 hours of playtime per charge, a 30-foot range low-latency Bluetooth wireless connection, a home button that immediately launches the Samsung Gaming Hub app, as well as an easy-to-use TV volume control button.

With that being said, the Replay Midnight Blue is only one of many upcoming “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” products, and Samsung says that more accessories will be made available in the future. The controller is now available for pre-order on the PDP website, as well as Amazon and Best Buy.
