You can Now Grab an Xbox-themed Toaster from Walmart

We suppose it’s safe to say that while stranger things have happened, Walmart’s Xbox Series S toaster is certainly one of the more “unique” home appliance products that we’ve seen in recent times. First speculated back in early 2023, the toaster is currently available on Walmart for around forty bucks.

As a Series S owner myself, I can’t help but chuckle a bit at this new approach to Microsoft’s flagship console series, although it shouldn’t be too surprising given that we’ve gotten an Xbox Series X fridge before. Walmart’s product page description also commits to the entire gaming theme:

Achievement Unlocked: Optimal Carb Experience. Meet the Xbox Series S Toaster. This appliance will take your kitchen countertop to the next level. The shade selector dial lets you toast your bread, English muffins, frozen waffles, and bagels exactly how you like them every time, anywhere from lightly toasted to dark. Multiple family members or roommates? Keep a list of everyone’s settings to score the group breakfast bonus.

The countdown timer lets you know how much longer until your toast pops up. No more breakfast-induced jump scares or trying to spread butter on bread that’s already gone cold because you were trying to find a good save point. But wait—here’s more. It imprints the Xbox sphere logo on your bread while it’s heating it. It’s the next generation toasting console…

In terms of functionality, the toaster is able to accommodate two bread slices, complete with a countdown timer, a bagel setting, and up to six different shade settings. Of course, it’s also able to brandish the Xbox logo on your toast, a function commonly found on themed toasters.
