Vivo’s new V30 Lite is an affordable mid-range smartphone

0

The price of flagship phones in recent years have gone up quite a bit where we’re talking about paying over $1,000 for a smartphone that we would only use for a couple of years. If you’d rather not pay that much for a smartphone that you probably won’t be using for a long time, then Vivo’s new V30 Lite could be worth checking out.

This is a brand new mid-range handset from the Chinese maker. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset and will come with 12GB of RAM, which is quite substantial for a mid-ranger. It will also pack 256GB of storage along with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

In the camera department, the Vivo V30 Lite will come with a triple camera setup which includes a 64MP main shooter with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP depth sensor, and will be accompanied by a 50MP selfie camera. The Vivo V30 Lite will also come with a 4,800mAh battery with support for 44W charging speeds, an IP54 rating, and 5G connectivity.

As for pricing, the Vivo V30 Lite will be priced at around $530. For now, the handset seems to be only available in Mexico and it is unclear when or whether or not it will be hitting global markets, so we’ll have to wait and see.
