While there’s still a bit of time left before Samsung unveils its newest Galaxy S24 flagship series, it looks like we now have an idea of what the base model S24 handset will look like, thanks to a new set of photo renders thathave been making rounds online.
More specifically, the leaked device renders – courtesy of the folks over at Android Headlines – show the Galaxy S24 (most likely the smallest model) in different color variants, which include Onyx Black, Marble Gray, Cobalt Violet, and Amber Yellow. The color selection for next year’s S-series phones seem to lean towards more muted colors, not unlike the iPhone 15 series devices.
Based on the renders, it looks like Samsung will stick to the tried-and-tested design that we’ve seen on the S23 series, with rounded corners and individual camera bumps on the rear panel. The phone will also feature flat sides, although this time around it looks like the sides will feature a matte finish, rather than a polished metal frame.
A while back, leaked photos of a supposed Galaxy S24 Ultra unit show that the phone might ditch Samsung’s signature curved-edge display, which was a staple in its flagship handsets for several generations. Of course at this point in time, nothing is official until Samsung says so, although given the accuracy of most leaks nowadays, we wouldn’t be surprised if they end up matching the actual design on the Samsung’s upcoming phones.
