For starters, the display of the OSCAL Pad60 measures 10.1-inches. This is a pretty big display and will be more than sufficient for those who want to enjoy movies or YouTube videos while lying in bed or on the go. It is also perfect for browsing websites and also reading e-books.
Its display has a 1280×800 resolution and relies on an IPS display panel and comes with a dark theme and reading mode, ideal for the activities we mentioned above.
Another feature that the OSCAL Pad60 has going for it is its thinness. There are some cheaper Android tablets that can be pretty thick and bulky, and also heavy, but if you want something that can easily slip into a bag and not feel like a rock weighing you down, the OSCAL Pad60 could be a great option measuring just 0.4-inches thick and weighing 1.98lbs.
Now, some of you might be thinking that for a tablet this affordable, it cannot be that powerful, right? OSCAL has also taken the liberty to preinstall productivity apps like the WPS Office Suite, so if you plan to use this for work, you’re pretty much good to go right out of the box, whether you want to edit documents or put together spreadsheets or even prepare presentations.
All in all, the OSCAL Pad60 is a great value for money tablet. There’s no denying that it might not be the most powerful or feature-rich Android tablet we’ve seen, but honestly at just under $100, we doubt you’ll be able to find a much better deal!
