Another day, another new Samsung phone – it looks like the South Korean electronic giant is gearing up to launch a new device soon, which will fall under its Galaxy A-series handsets, pointing to a budget-friendly price. Currently known as the Galaxy A25 5G, the phone was spotted via a Geekbench listing online, which gives us an idea of what hardware it will come with.
Expected to launch with Android 14 onboard, the handset managed to score 973 points in the single core test and 2106 for the multi-core test. The online listing also indicates that the Galaxy A25 will run on Samsung’s own Exynos 1280 chipset, which has been used before on earlier A-series models. Other details include 8GB of RAM, as well as One UI 6.0.
This isn’t the first time that the Galaxy A25 was spotted, however. A few months back, renders of the phone were shared online. Additionally, it was stated that the phone will come with a 50-megapixel main camera, accompanied by a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
In any case we should see more information pop up soon, that is of course unless Samsung decides to formally announce the Galaxy A25 for release.
