Xiaomi has been very busy lately – the company has released a ton of new smartphones (particularly under the Redmi 12 product line), a new smartwatch, and it’s continuing its onslaught with a new handset under its POCO sub brand.
More specifically, we’re referring to the POCO M6 Pro. Scheduled to be released on August 6, the company still hasn’t given us the full hardware details surrounding the device, although that hasn’t stopped the internet from trying to find out anything it can about the phone.
In a hands-on video (that involves a, abundance of zoom-ins) leaked online, the POCO M6 Pro can be seen in a store display, and features two different color variants for the device. The design is very reminiscent of past POCO devices, especially with the black camera window on the rear panel.
In terms of hardware specs, the phone is expected to come with a 90Hz display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, 50MP dual cameras on the rear panel, as well as a 5,000 mAh battery. Not much esle is known about the phone at the moment, although we now have a better view of its external styling.
