Razer’s legacy in pumping out high-powered Windows gaming machines has remained consistent throughout the years, and the company once again announced a new addition to its Razer “Blade” brand of laptops. The next-generation Razer Blade 14 now packs the AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor, alongside the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPU.
The Blade 14 also features up to 32GB of expandable DDR5-5600 MHz memory, although the slotted memory is not soldered and is now upgradable up to 64 GB, meaning that you can spec out your computer even further. There’s also an included 1 TB NVMe SSD that can be further customized with more storage, for up to 4 TB.
In terms of display, the enhanced Blade 14 comes with a 16:10 QHD+ display, capable of running at 240Hz and a peak brightness of 500 nits. other hardware details include two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports, two 3.2 Gen 2 USB Type-A ports, a 1080p webcam with support for Windows Hello, as well as a new mechanical privacy shutter.
Razer says that the laptop can last for up to 10 hours of battery life with its 68.1 Wh battery, and gamers can avail the included one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that comes bundled with the computer.
In terms of pricing, the Razer Blade 14 starts at $2,399.99, and will be available beginning June 14, 2023. Buyers who purchase their laptop via Razer.com and RazerStore will receive a limited-edition Chroma Joyplot Razer Skin, while supplies last.
