Health & Fitness

Available on the Fitbit Charge 5, Luxe and Inspire 3, the Exercise menu will now display a full list of exercise modes to choose from, with a user’s recent workout mode featured at the top, without needing to adjust the list manually.

Users can also instantly check their Daily Readiness Score to determine if they need to workout or take a break – this feature will be available on all Fitbit smartwatches and trackers. Users with a Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 can now log their menstrual periods, view cycle states and edit info without having to open their phone.

New Languages and Clock Faces

The Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4, Charge 5, Luxe and Inspire 3 now come with support for global characters as well as right-to-left text, letting users read incoming notifications in more languages. Users can now get texts in Hindi, read caller ID in Arabic, and view calendar events in Vietnamese and more.

On the Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4, users can now easily change their clock face by long-pressing on the home screen. Additionally, Charge 5, Luxe and Inspire 3 users can now choose from more clock faces from the Fitbit app gallery, which now features newer clock faces.
