Honor has announced a couple of phones today – the Honor 90 and the Honor 90 Pro. These are the company’s latest smartphones, with the Pro being the higher-end model, while the Honor 90 being the more affordable mid-ranger.

With the Honor 90 Pro, the company has equipped the handset with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The handset will also come with a 200MP main camera on the back that’s accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide and a 32MP portrait.

On the front is where things are a little unique as the phone will actually pack dual front-facing shooters – a 50MP main and a 2MP depth sensor. There is also a 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W charging which Honor claims will take 15 minutes to hit 56%.

As for the base Honor 90, that phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and will feature a 6.7-inch display also with a 120Hz refresh rate, but with an even higher peak brightness of 1,600 nits.

The phone will also feature a 200MP main camera on the back with a 12MP ultrawide and a 2MP depth sensor, and a 50MP front-facing shooter.

The base Honor 90 will be priced starting at $355 while the Honor 90 Pro will go for $465, both of which are pretty affordable. The initial launch will be for the China market, but the company says that they are planning for a global launch soon.
